Present TATAA Biocenters are located in Göteborg, Sweden, Prague, Czech Republic, and Sunnyvale outside San Francisco, California. They were founded by a group of pioneers who established collaborations with leading biotech industry to arrange training in real-time PCR. Practical hands-on courses are held on regular basis in Belgium, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, India, Italy, Norway, Sweden and now also Canada and the US. TATAA Biocenter also functions as a support center for instrument producers, it develops qPCR assays for product-developing companies, it assists companies in technology shifts, and it sells dyes and other services in the qPCR field.
