Enrichment of tumor cells from blood of prostate cancer patients for gene expression analysis

AdnaTest ProstateCancerSelect is for in vitro diagnostic use only and was developed for the enrichment of circulating tumor cells from peripheral blood of prostate cancer patients.

In the first step cancer cells will be enriched in vitro from cancer patients` blood samples (EDTA or AdnaCollect) using magnetic bead conjugated antibodies. The antibody cocktail was carefully optimized for the cancer type.
