The CelluLyser Lysis and cDNA Synthesis Kit enables you to generate cDNA from small samples with minimal losses and hands-on time, allowing even a single cell to be analysed. A rapid and sensitive lysis is followed by reverse transcription without the need of purification.
The CelluLyser Lysis and cDNA synthesis kit features:
- Rapid and simple procedure ranging from 1 to 10 000 cells
- A straightforward and quick protocol with minimal losses
- A "just add" liquid handling procedure - amenable to automation
- 100% of RNA can be used in the cDNA synthesis
- Minimal hands-on time
The optimized CelluLyser procedure enables you to use ALL of the lysate in the cDNA synthesis reaction or, optionally, to use aliquotes of the lysate.

- 250 or 100 rxns* CelluLyser buffer
- 100 or 40 rxns* cDNA synthesis reagents
