Protocol Software Module
This module is used to setup ELISA, PCR, sequencing or genotyping protocols. Protocols are saved with their own reagent and master mix definitions, chemical list, plate type and controls. Once all sample IDs have been entered, the "Create eSOP" button is used to generate the master mix and protocol pipetting steps in your method in an electronic Standard Operating Procedure (eSOP). The eSOP is then run in the WellAware Software Module.
Norm Software Module
The Norm module may be used with a variety of real-time PCR, spectrophotometer or fluorometer instruments to normalize samples, from vials or microplates to a standard concentration and/or volume into a new destination microplate. For genotyping applications a file containing all sample IDs for the genetic analyzer can be made thus eliminating potential data entry errors and speeding up the process. The Norm module can create eSOPs for the following tasks:
- Normalize samples using a 96 or 384 well plate.
- Normalize oligos using the oligo calulator wizard.
